Osoyoos Golf Club wants town to cover chunk of water upgrade cost

The Osoyoos Golf Club in British Columbia has asked town council to commit $300,000 toward an upgrade to its watering system for the original nine holes on the Park Meadows course. Osoyoos is the only golf course in Canada that uses effluent water for 100 per cent of its irrigation needs.
