Moncton bylaw: mow your lawn or be fined
Moncton has passed a bylaw requiring lawns and grasses to be maintained at no more than 20 centimetres in height.
July 17, 2018 – Moncton has passed a city bylaw requiring all lawns, weeds and other grasses to be maintained under 20 centimetres in length. Failure to comply can cost property owners fines ranging from $140 to $2,100.
