Moncton beefs up enforcement of unkempt lawn bylaw

Jan. 30, 2019 – The City of Moncton has bolstered its bylaw enforcement staff to better police unkempt properties. A bylaw has already been established in the city to ensure weeds and other grasses grow no more than 20 centimetres on any land in the city except vacant properties.
