Manitoba still awaits ‘loosening’ of pesticide ban

May 23, 2018 – Manitoba’s cosmetic pesticide ban, implemented in 2015, was supposed to be given a new framework last year that would have loosened the ban somewhat, but it is still yet to happen. One lawn care professional says when that’s accomplished it will be too late to address the current weed season.
