Hamilton landscapers awarded OMB exemption

The Ontario Municipal Board has ruled in favour of several landscaping businesses in the Hamilton, Ont. area that can continue to operate under the city’s new Rural Hamilton Official Plan. The new zoning bylaw did not allow landscaping on agricultural land except as a secondary use.
