March 20, 2019 – Although the migration of the emerald ash borer hasn't yet reached the City of North Battleford, Sask. and the threat of Dutch elm disease is medium to low, the municipality's leisure services director says a risk management plan needs to be in place to protect the city's trees against both threats.
