Board to discuss squatting campers, park’s conditions

Sept. 26, 2019 – “Deteriorating conditions at Oppenheimer Park” has prompted the Vancouver Park Board to hold a special meeting to discuss the ongoing encampment on the grounds. The board earlier voted not to seek an injunction to remove campers, suggesting it might force them onto the streets or back lanes.
