A 22-year-old golf course maintenance employee from Colwood, B.C. has been honoured for his bravery in saving the life of a woman from the edge of a frigid waterfall on Vancouver Island. Janson Chapman was presented with a medal by Gov. Gen. Julie Payette at a ceremony Wednesday at British Columbia’s government house.
