Golf courses experiencing ‘the busiest start in the darkest time’

Interest in the game peaks during COVID-19

If there has been a silver lining to the current COVID-19 pandemic, it’s been the surge in interest for golf. Since golf courses have been allowed to open following a lengthy delay to begin the season, interest in the game has reached new levels. “It’s been the busiest start in the darkest time,” Amanda Cosentino, golf director at Fire Rock Golf Course near London, said.
