Golf course owner hopes third time will be charm in request for rezoning order

The owner of Tottenham, Ont.’s Woodington Lake Golf Course is hoping the third time will be a charm in trying to secure council’s support for a zoning order request aimed to speed up development plans in the community’s north end. A revised proposal includes plans to redevelop the existing golf course with a new hotel, spa and conference centre. The development would span the next 10 to 20 years.
