Golf course neighbours fear back-door development deal is afoot

Jan. 25, 2019 – Residents neighbouring the Stonebridge Golf Club outside Ottawa fear a back-door deal is being made to initiate further development at the golf course, causing their property values to drop, their amount of green space to diminish and the area’s infrastructure to become overburdened. It’s the second Ottawa-area case involving a golf course and potential new development.
