Landscape contractor wants no further theft of equipment

A Leduc, Alta. landscape contractor finds himself having to go through an extraordinary ordeal at the end of each work day, simply to protect his business against theft. To prevent the theft of expensive equipment from his compound, he must place 4,000-pound concrete blocks at both the inside and outside of his gate.
