GIS goes to Texas in 2015

San Antonio, Texas has been selected as the site for the 2015 Golf Industry Show.

"San Antonio is an easy city to travel to and typically features pleasant weather that time of year," said Mike Hughes, CEO of the National Golf Club Owners Association, which sponsors the show along with the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America. "We are very optimistic about the networking opportunities available there with the convention centre being located on the Riverwalk, where there are so many hotels and restaurants."

The 2015 GIS event is scheduled for Feb. 25-26. The 2012 show will be held in Las Vegas, Nev. Feb. 29 to March 1. San Diego, Calif. will play host to the event in 2013 while Orlando, Fla. will be the host city in 2014.
