Fundraising campaign launched to help pay for Fort St. John artificial cricket pitch

Now that the North Peace Cricket Foundation has found a place to play in Fort St. John, B.C., a fundraising campaign has been launched to help pay for an artificial pitch strip. Opting for artificial turf to be used as the pitch between wickets was crucial to cope with the area’s northern climate. Volunteers were largely responsible for the turf’s installation.
