October 11, 2022 By Turf & Rec

The former artificial turf playing surface at B.C. Place in Vancouver is getting a new lease on life. The turf, which is said to still be in good condition, will be used for a sports field at a future school site on Langford’s Skirt Mountain. Funding approval has yet to be granted for the planned school, but the local school board and municipality are joining forces to install a new field in the meantime.
