Football user group concerned proposed dog park could jeopardize its night games

A new off-leash dog park has been proposed for Victoria, B.C.’s Royal Athletic Park, but the idea isn’t being fully embraced by everyone. The Mount Doug Rams football user group is concerned it could lose its use of the park. A Rams spokesperson said conversion of a portion of the park for dog use could jeopardize the football group’s tradition of playing Friday night light games.
