
A baseball diamond in Sydney, N.S. that had undergone extensive renovations last spring only to find itself under 2.5 metres of water following a Thanksgiving Day storm, has been completely repaired and is ready for its May re-opening. The field at Susan MacEachern Memorial Park underwent $750,000 in renovations last spring, including installation of synthetic turf, new dugouts and new bullpens.
