The culprits responsible for the damage to two soccer fields in Delhi, Ont. in late November have come forward. They will not be charged for the damages they caused, but will play a part in the restorative landscaping efforts. In the meantime, the local soccer club is looking into the possibility of erecting fencing around the property.
