Field crew say they’re ready for anything for Grey Cup game

Plan is to avoid slippery conditions experienced at 2018 final

Although playing conditions at Calgary’s McMahon Stadium look promising for Sunday’s Grey Cup game between the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the field crew say they are ready for anything. It marks the second consecutive year the CFL’s championship game has been played in Alberta, and 2018 field conditions were highly criticized due to ice on the artificial turf surface at Edmonton’s Commonwealth Stadium.
