Fertichem, a Canadian manufacturer of fertilizers and professional turf and ornamental products, has changed the name of its company to Ferti Technologies Inc.
Based in Saint-Michel, Que., the company said its name change reflects its strategic direction to better serve the needs of customers and suppliers. 
It will also focus on manufacturing, research and development while using exclusive technologies towards the development of new products and innovative fertilization solutions.
Enviro-Sol and Nutrite are two brand names manufactured and distributed by Ferti Technologies. Both will continue to be promoted according to their respective market positioning and customer base.
"Please be reassured that you will continue to receive the same personalized service and the continued commitment to excellence that you've always experienced from Fertichem," company president Marc Vaillancourt said.
The change, which also includes a new company logo, is effective immediately.
