Fate of Glen Abbey in superior court’s hands

July 18, 2018 – The debate as to whether the Glen Abbey Golf Course in Oakville, Ont. is a structure or a landscape is being decided this week at Toronto Superior Court. The town wants the property recognized for its cultural heritage value under the Ontario Heritage Act. ClubLink, the owner of the course, wishes to develop the property for residential and commercial use.
