Edmonton park’s turf still awaits post-festival repairs

Sept. 16, 2019 – Edmonton’s Gallagher Park remains in rough condition following a music festival last month and wetter-than-usual weather, delaying remediation work. Organizers of the Edmonton Folk Music Festival are on the hook for repair costs to the park’s turf, but say the city needs to step in and address a long overdue drainage problem at the site.
