Dutch elm disease war continues in Winnipeg

Dutch elm disease continues to threaten Winnipeg’s urban forest, and the battle against the disease has not been helped by recent budget cuts. With more than 200,000 mature elm trees in 2015, Winnipeg boasted the largest elm population in North America.
