Don’t cut any more trees, say residents
Plan to cut more than 50 trees to expand Vancouver parking lot

Several residents of Metro Vancouver’s north shore are angered by municipal plans to cut down more than 50 trees to expand an existing parking lot. They argue that not only do the cedars and Douglas firs provide a natural shield for the residences, they provide habitat for owls, falcons and bats.
