Measure will prevent owners from intervening if dogs run loose

Edmonton’s fenced off-leash dog parks are being closed to comply with the city’s state of emergency amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. The city’s other off-leash areas are becoming on-leash locations. The measure is meant to prevent dog owners from intervening with one another if their dogs run off.
