Do your homework and avoid fraudulent snow removal companies, BBB advises
Bureau says several fraud complaints were made last winter

Complaints were leveled against 55 snow removal companies last year in Eastern and Northern Ontario and the Outaouais region. The Better Business Bureau reported 221 individual complaints, suggesting that, to avoid fraud, potential snow customers need to do their homework to ensure companies are licensed and reliable.
