Disc golf course gets a one-year trial run in Nelson
Trial period to determine if course can co-exist with other park usages

A disc golf organization in Nelson, B.C. has been given a year to prove that a disc golf course at Art Gibbon Memorial Park can co-exist with other park usages. An argument made in favour of the course is that it encourages kids to get out into a natural setting, be active and develop a form of hand-eye coordination.
