Cross-border restrictions could cancel RBC Canadian Open yet again: TSN’s Weeks

The RBC Canadian Open may be cancelled for a second consecutive year, TSN’s Bob Weeks reports. No official announcement has been made for the June event, scheduled to take place at Toronto’s St. George’s Golf & Country Club. At issue, Weeks says, are the ongoing cross-border restrictions tied to the COVID-19 pandemic which would force about 400 golfers and others connected to the tournament to quarantine for two weeks upon coming to Canada.
