Construction to start on multi-use sports dome at North Bay’s Canadore College

Cost of facility is $8.5 million

Construction is ready to begin on an $8.5-million indoor sports complex at North Bay, Ont.’s Canadore College. The 85,000-square-foot dome will include both artificial turf and hard court surfacing and will accommodate such sports as soccer, tennis, basketball and baseball. The facility is expected to open in 2023.
