Concrete barriers placed at closed Arrowdale Golf Course as next court date looms

Concrete barriers were installed during the early hours of New Year’s Day at the entrance of the former Arrowdale Golf Course in Brantford, Ont. The action coincides with an injunction granted by the Superior Court of Justice in mid-December, in which a number of defendants were named, including a Six Nations man who has led an occupation of the closed site since early October. Defendants named are to appear in court Jan. 20.
