Complaints lead Edmonton to step up city property mowing frequency

Grass to be cut every two weeks instead of every three

Complaints from residents have prompted the City of Edmonton to mow grass on city property every two weeks instead of every three. Beginning in July, the more frequent mowing will begin. The city’s premier parks and sports fields, however, will continue to be mowed every week.
