ClubLink, Oakville win rounds in Abbey court fight

Oct. 25, 2019 – Both ClubLink and the Town of Oakville won rounds on Wednesday in Ontario’s Court of Appeal in their ongoing fight over the fate of the Glen Abbey Golf Course. The court restored five bylaws the town had passed yet invalidated the town’s conservation plan as it relates to Glen Abbey.
