Golfing community caught off guard by proposal after successful season

Brantford’s municipal Arrowdale Golf Course could yield to new development if a city councillor’s proposal gets the backing of council as a whole. The sale of the nine-hole, 49-acre parcel of land could generate sufficient revenue to introduce new affordable housing, Coun. Jan Vanderstelt says.
