City will cut own grass, remove own snow after 50 years of contracting out work
Little savings expected, but better quality work

Port Colborne, Ont. will be looking after its own grass cutting and snow removal on city property after having contracted out those services for more than 50 years. The city experimented with its own grass cutting last year, realizing a mere $100 a month in savings, but noted a better quality of cut was achieved.
