City of Windsor ready to activate its goose dropping cleanup machinery in municipal parks

With the arrival of spring, Canada geese are out in full force and leaving their mark on green spaces in Canadian municipalities. The City of Windsor, Ont. is ready to undertake the cleanup of its parks using a machine it acquired three years ago. Although goose droppings are unsightly and not pleasant to step on, the federal government says there is no direct evidence to suggest they pose a serious hazard to human health.
