Chinch bug controversy prevails in Charlottetown

City officials in Charlottetown, P.E.I. says some lawn care customers are getting bad advice from the professionals caring for their lawns. Claims are being made that chinch bug infestations have taken over some lawns, but city officials say customers shouldn’t be so quick to believe the existence of the pests equates to an infestation.
