Canada’s Gear Equipment joins Mecalac’s network of North American dealerships

Gear Equipment Inc., a Canadian company specializing in dry suction excavation technology, has become one of seven new North American dealerships for Mecalac, a manufacturer of compact construction equipment.

Gear Equipment has operations in Bradford, Ont. and Surrey, B.C.

“Mecalac is fully committed to expanding its presence in the market by continuing to add dealers who share our philosophy and give customers practical resources to help improve productivity,” Peter Bigwood, general manager for Mecalac North America, said. “Expansion in these regions also allows us to grow awareness of Mecalac’s innovative designs and better serve our existing customer base.”

Mecalac seeks to partner with dealers who share a passion for finding new solutions to common job site challenges.
