Business consultant has plan that could prevent River Road GC from closing

Turn management over to non-profit entity, he suggests

A London, Ont. golf enthusiast, who is also a local business consultant and Harvard business school graduate, has come up with a plan he believes could keep the city’s River Road Golf Course open. The course has been deemed a money loser and is being targeted for closure. Juan Carlos Reyes wants the city to retain ownership of the course, but hand over its management to a non-profit entity.
