The battle is over in the fight to keep Brantford’s Arrowdale Golf Course open. The city emerged from the fray as the victor at Tuesday’s council meeting, casting the same 8-3 vote it recorded a week earlier at the committee level. Golf course supporters who packed the council chambers left angry.
