Bone fragments have been found at the site of the former Arrowdale Golf Course in Brantford, Ont., prompting a pause in archaeological work prior to development of 32 acres of the property. The fragments appear to be animal, but an in-person inspection is required before further work can resume. The sale of most of the property has been snarled in controversy since city council agreed to sell the land two years ago.
