Belleville soliciting public’s ideas for green space development at former school
Ideas include tennis courts, expanded playground and splash pad

The City of Belleville, Ont. is seeking public input for the development of green space at a former elementary school property. Although an online meeting to discuss the project isn’t scheduled until Feb. 24, residents have already pitched a number of ideas, including tennis, pickleball and basketball courts as well as an expanded playground and a splash pad.
