Artificial turf field pushed for Nanaimo complex

A sports turf complex in Nanaimo, B.C. could be adding a new artificial turf field with lighting if the city adopts a recommendation from its minor soccer association. One city councillor said artificial turf “is the way of the future” while another said the city must “get up to speed.”
