Artificial turf field in Richmond reaches life expectancy and is being resurfaced

One of the busiest sports fields in Richmond, B.C. is getting a new artificial surface as its existing cover has reached the end of its lifespan. The 12-year-old artificial surface at Minoru Oval is being replaced with construction expected to be complete in September.
