Alberta golf club seeks loan to help with COVID-19 delayed start

Club asks for $20,000 loan to cover operating costs

Facing the possibility of a later-than-usual start to the golf season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Hanna Golf & Country Club is seeking a $20,000 loan from the municipality to help cover operating costs. The club still owes $68,000 from a $560,000 loan taken out in 2005.
