Douglas Dynamics acquires assets of TrynEx
Douglas Dynamics, Inc., a leading North American leader in the design, manufacture and sale of snow and ice control equipment for light trucks, has announced it has completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets of TrynEx, Inc., a leader in truck-mounted salt and sand spreader equipment under the brand name SnowEx. TrynEx also provides turf application and industrial attachment products under the brand names TurfEx and SweepEx.
Allturf, O.J. sign strategic operating alliance agreement
Allturf Ltd. and O.J. Company, two of Canada’s largest green space industry suppliers specializing in the distribution of turf maintenance products, are proud to announce the signing of a strategic operating alliance agreement effective May 1, 2013. Allturf operates out of Innisfil, Ont., while O.J. Company is based in Sherrington, Que.
Agreement signed for purchase of Plant Products
MGS Horticultural Inc., a full-service supplier of fertilizers, pest control products, seeds and substrates in North America, together with Haifa Chemicals, a global supplier of potassium nitrate for agriculture and industry, specialty plant nutrients and food phosphates, have announced a plan to purchase Plant Products Co. Ltd.
